Do you guys have to fool with VOD, Video on Demand? We have to run a demo on each digital box install. It charges a penny to the customer's account therefore Comcast can track if we do the test or not. At least half the time we get some form of error. We also get a weekly report from Comcast and we are at 13%. Needless to say the boss is not pleased.
Any tips on improving this situation?
