This will not be a union , but a union of contractors . It will be run by a democraticly elected board of directors , elected yearly by its members. All governing bylaws will be voted on by majority vote by all registered members. I don't want to belong to a union either . This organazation is more along the lines of a brotherhood and sisterhood . The way it was . We must ensue from the inseption things are handled correctly. Cable television is not rocket science. I as well as many of my colleauges know Cable from begining to end , after all there was no cable before we came to town. Between me and a few friends there is over a hundred years of experience in this and related fields. Its time to make a stand and "Can't Never Did Do Anything!!"
