Yes you are correct this was a difficult project, and maybe I was a bit harsh. But the fact remains, you could not keep up with all the trucks. if you had your QC guy ( if there were more let me know) working from the beginning you would have caught these people falsifying paperwork, before you looked incompetent to Cableone. And yes, someone who billed for that amount of money without doing the work, should be prosecuted for fraud. I hope you are successful at that. You guys asked for references in the beginning, did you even check these out?
