This is in responce to calegrunt . You say you dont like unions, fine. You say you would leave a company if a union was voted in , fine. Free choice Act is not about that. Free Choice Act is about employees being able to make choices with out fear. Thats all. Even if you dont support unions, you should support this legislation. Unless of course you dont beleive employees should be able to make a choice with out intimidation from companies.
Corporations want peole to think this is a "union" bill. Its not. But it is based on polls and information that there are MANY employees who would like to vote a union in, but dont because they are scared of what the companies will do.
