Re: Manager Compensation

For the first time, I'm gonna post in anger. Those numbers are ludicrous, even for inhouse. Nobody, and I do mean nobody, should work for those numbers. Increase those by at least 10k for the working man, and for the managers I don't really care, they look appropriate. You need people who can think, even at the beginning level. If you want professional installs, done right and properly grounded, you can't possibly think of paying them assembly line wages. And if you do, remember, you get what you pay for. I'll not go on forever since I'm responding to a post which was incorrectly in response to the original post. My apologies for blowing off some steam to the rest of you.
