I'm not a big fan of Mastec as I've seen first hand what they do to the companies they buy out and how they destroy years of goodwill built up by the previous owners.
But I would like to say to FrzFram1 that he is why this little industry of telecom contractors has been so great to be part of for the past 35 years. Frz, you keep doin' what you do and don't ever defend what you do or where your men come from.
Most guys reading your post should be so lucky to be able to work for a guy like you!
