Holy cow guys, Is it that bad out there?
I work for the Cable Company, I get a raise every year, I have bennies, I have medical, I have 401 k. If I personaly was getting screwed over that hard I think I would change Jobs!!!!!!!
I am not in the Union and have no plans on joining one any time soon, If you guys have the experience you can get a job with a Cable Co. Its not rocket science and you dont have to bust your but to cover the piece work.
