complacencys' ok but ya gotta realize the folks that created your job weren't complacent individual. they were folks that took a chance on building something towards their dream. contractors are attempting to do the same, it's an american thing. when there are others whose sole job is to keep you in your place, well, you do whatever you can to overcome those obstacles!!Later Mike M.
