Okay, after several more attempts and several more lock ups, I shortened the address to www.nyeb.uscourts.gov, and got to the web page. I then scrolled down to "Amendments to federal rules of bankruptcy procedure" and clicked on local forms. I then scrolled down until I found the B10# which is actually called "proof of claim national form no. B10", and clicked on it. Guess what? It opened with a blank page that said done at the bottom, AND locked up my computer AGAIN! I swear these people must be in cahoots with the former GFC guys as they're screwing me as well LOL!
Anyhow, if anyone wants to follow these instructions and let us know what you come up with, I'd sure appreciate it. Peace to ALL!
