Thanks so much for trying to send this link, but I don't know if it's just my computer or what, but it doesn't work for me. It just comes up with a blank page that says done at the bottom and then my computer locks up and I have to re-open this web-site. Could you check that address again please or possibly send a copy through this web-site or to my personal e-mail. Thank you so much.
