Not Racketeering. Racketeering is the federal crime of conspiring to organize to commit crimes, particularly as a regular business (outside of normal government activity). Can also apply to illegally restricting or interferring with commerce intra State or inter State. There is no law against being a wanker in a legal enterprise and screwing individuals, even if such actions appear to be a part of a common attitude.
