Alot of good points here and having the inhouse guys involved with us is a plus.I've done that several times taking them with me and showed them whats going on. You sorta feel sorry for them because alot of them have no idea what the hells going on, its thrown at them,then again theres a few who make your job a living nightmare,its like their jealous of you and have a attitude problem.Its amazing how 99% of us think alike and encounter the same scenario's.
