I agree completely, how many times have you ever handed over a new system to an MSO and they have no idea how to maintain it? When I get to the actvation phase of a project I like to get the system techs out there with ya doing all the for/rev, this gives them a change to get a feel for the gear and the new node boundries, what is being powered from where and it also cuts down on service calls on my end and it makes for a much smoother transaction all the way around.
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
