Re: Directv and a union

What is an appropriate hourly wage for an installer/service tech who is guarenteed 40 hours per week and overtime (working out of a company vehicle with gas and tools and health insurance provided)? I've posed this question before and no one seems to have an opinion. Let me know what you think.
