The average cook back then was lucky to make $5.00 hour yet I had a Kid almost 20 years old that could crank out the product in a clean fast quality manor I paid him 9.75 Hour double Industry standards.
You fail to realize, Most, not all Businesses reward quality workers and appreciate them out of generosity of heart or pure need to attract and retain quality people. It is paramount for their own survival in a competitive world.

Do you know how many different EPA enforced mandatory Gas formulation requirements there are ??
Do you know what the Safe average capacity for running a refinery is / Do you know what they are running today?
