There is no such thing as a signed liability staement from a customer waiving responsibility for an improperly installed system. That's like saying a framing contractor can have a customer ok spacing wall studs at 48 inches on center.
There is also no such thing as a "20 foot rule". A system cannot be installed without a ground. Period.
