Nothing you said is a surprise. I did a brief stint with their office in Maryland and bailed. My sad story is a walk in the park compared to your deal.

And here is the sad part. The people I met in the Mastec office in Maryland were not the enemy. They seemed to be honest, hard working people. Some I knew from other deals. They were not crooks. They knew of the problems but felt powerless ot fix them. They also knew they were the Directv inhouse deal and nothing bad was goiung to happen if a few contractors took a hit.
My opinion.
