It will never change, The only thing that Directv cares about is getting as many activations as possible and it's not just Mastec either, it's Directv, They don't give a crap if you get paid or not! You must understand that this is Not a legitimate business to be involved in, It's a racket and you better know how to play the game. #1 you never go to work for someone you don't see every day! #2 you don't keep working for someone who tells you he can't pay you when pay day comes around. #3 When someone tells you he can't pay you AFTER you have already done the work you must be able to get in his face and tell him he's got 5 days to get you your money and no work until you do.#4 and this is the most important rule, When the 5 days are up you walk in his office and demand your money and if it's not there you whip his lying ass. If ya don't then quit your job and walk out with your tail between your legs while you listen to him laughing at you as you go!
