Better peds and better boxes. Of course, if someone really wants to get in it, they will. Somehow you gotta convince management that a more expensive ped or box will save them $$ in the long run. Also, you gotta keep notes on each one, it's not easy to prosecute, and half the time management doesn't want to waste time on the paperwork. At least that was how it was when I was with Mediacom.
