Your version does look better. But I wonder if this was an upgrade or say a work/over. Then you cant blame the installer because he cant preform total miricles. If the system supplied an apartment box, that would have been the way to go. I do have one question that sure you can answer, Im not so much in to installation work as I am in to outside plant distribution. But the grounding , I notice that both the modem/converter/etc. was grounded and also there were traditional g/blocks installed. What is the reasoning for the g/blk if the system has already been grounded at the modem?
