For the most part that work looks ok. It's hard to tell from this picture but it looks like the ground wire is split bolted with telco. NEC says each utility has to be bonded seperately and cannot share the same clamp. The ground wire from the ground block to the amp is not secured to the building and is not in a stright line. I cant tell because the ac unit is in the way but they might of giged you for having your lines to close to power 12". Im not sure if your required to or not but there are not any weather sealents ( grommits, boots) on the fittings. Cosmedicly speaking you should of put everything on one side of the power meter with shorter jumpers and servise loops so you dont take up so much space on the wall. That wall just screams of cable. Maybe somthing like this edited picture would of looked better.
