Owner of my company

I just logged on to this site for the first time. I am a small business owner and since running my company I have had one hell of a tough time with employees being honest. I have had my work truck high jacked on a cross country trip. I have had employees do work but not finish work and expect to be paid for it in full. I have given to employees when I couldn't even give to my own family and get alot of grief in return. Not to mention equipment of mine just walking off the job. So when I read about you not getting paid by your former employers I just have to wonder! What did you not do? What did you steal? Just where in the hell are your morals? I think my name here says it all, you all think your employers are unisef! Give me a freakin break!
