Evidently nsd1255, you are working for me. I've got a few questions. WHY ARE YOU HERE if its so bad? When we hire anyone we tell them of our 5 requirments:
1 Dependable white truck
2 Work is Mon-Sat, until it slows down(were slamming)
3 Insurance
4 Be at our shop by NO later than 8 am
5 Nextel
As for my 15 managers(truthfully 3), How don't they help you out?
If you have bad equipment in the field, how is that our problem?
Do you have alot of truck issues? You must if you think I'm there 1 day a week, and your out the rest.
Like any company, we can only give a certain amount of techs the day off, because we still have to cover the work. If you don't understand that, then your in the wrong business.
Again why are you still here? Mcdonalds is hiring, but I understand, If you don't get there on time, or you decide your changing your hours or days working, or that your transportation in is broken down, they FIRE you!!!!
As for us getting crap routes with only a 8 and 5 appointment, thats true, but who would you give those to, the guy thats there at 6:30 or the one that shows up late?
Seems to me your in the wrong business.
