actually i dont work for you but i am very close with people who do. but you are right mcdonalds is always hiring and yes if you change your hours or never make it to work you may get fired oh but wait when you work at mcdonalds you are an EMPLOYEE not a subcontractor believe it or not there is a difference so maybe you need to have employees if you want to impose all these rules.
