you take care of your subs what a joke!!!!! is that why you back charge them for coming in after 815 when they dont get their work till 9. is that why getting a day off was an act of god you need to give three weeks notice for a day off guys cant even keep up with their truck maintanance and god for bid your truck breaks down and you cant work then you get punished with crappy routes withonly an 830 am job and a 500pm job so you sit around all day to make 35 dollars. nevermind the 15 managers you have that do absolutely nothing to help their guys guys get sent into the field with bad stock and its their problem. you dont have any balls to stand up to cox and stand up for your guys you show up to your office once a week maybe and 1500 a week average yeah right maybe a few guys make that every once in a while but average cmon you are the perfect example of someone who could care less about his guys and your management doesnt do a damn thing either except try to treat all your guys like employees. hahahaha you take care of your guys haha
