I _HOPE_ this is a software issue, and will be fixed in the next Moxi update. My previous Motorola HD box had a setting to pass whatever resolution the programming was in through the cable box and to the TV, which would display proper aspect ratios automatically.
Also, on my current Moto Moxi DVR, the skip button, which is supposed to skip 15 seconds, appears to skip 15 minutes!
