Moxi DVR Issues


Here's my problem. I have to manually change the viewing format to 1080i to watch HD programming in a proper format. When I want to watch analog or regular digital channels the viewing stays in wide screen format and I have to manually change the Video Settings back to 480i to watch it in a proper format. This is all done through the Digeo Moxi terminal. Can anyone shed any light on this for me? My company has not yet deployed these but Im sure customers will ask me about this. I just want to be able to give them an answer.
