jim, you probably are aiready aware but just in case, here goes. the hd programming requires component cabling (2,000,00 pixels) on screen at a time. you need component cable to give them what they are paying for. if you use component cable you must be in either 1080i or 720p mode. if not you'll get sound with a black screen. you can use ieee1394 0r dvi as well. just explain to the customer the quality of transmission dictates the changing of formats ntsc/atsc/atschd[the one with the 2mil pixel resolution for high def.
