A driveway bore is required about 1 in 10 from what I am told, so I figure 1 in 4 or 5. I have a couple groundrod pounders - I could get a 20' stick of 5/8 rebar - I bet that would do well until I made sure this will pay off.
I know that a plow will NOT work in most of this dirt in AZ. It is too rocky and is like concrete even if there is not any rock
I am fairly familiar with the utility layouts here in the SW. I installed and ran utilities for mobile homes before I got into cable. Broke many a sprinkler line... always kept the quick couplers on the truck, actually - come to think of it - I still do. Don't know exactly where they're at but I know they are on there.
