I have been working for a private cable company for a few months now. Most of my experience has been in the installation part of the industry. With this company I must cover everything from the head end to the customers apartment. Recently I have been having a lot of trouble calls stating that customers are losing channels at night begining at 8pm. It turns out that it is the g4 and g5 satellites losing signal. So far I have change all fittings. checked the feed horns, combiners and multiswitches. Still
I am having this problem. Any suggestion would be greatlt appreciated. thanks
