I worked two years with the phone company and 15 years for cable in no training by the S.O.P. were grounds to be piggy backed. I worked in Sarasota, Venice, and Bradenton FL. Only people that didn't have proper training took these short-cuts. Yes it is done everyday but it is not correct. Have a great day. I am not saying people don't do it everyday. I am saying it is not the correct way to ground.
