I agree, I worked for CTIS in SC for almost 3 years, never had a QC below 90, but still the project manager back charged me almost every week, I told him when I started I was slow, but he still gave me 3-4 jobs in every time frame, I still got them, done, and done right, but he still screwed me every chance he got!
