I have always believed and practiced a 50% rule. Meaning that the tech gets 50%and the house makes 50%. Reality is the house only makes 25% (Not getting 100% of billed work). This makes it tough to provide good office support to the tech.
I have alway's collected 100% of my custom work.
Who need's Office support when your up in A Attic in Dallas and it is 110 outside. I think your 50% is just as Dish is doing we call it Greed.
