They say they are doing the work, but I can forsee issues. Such as techs attempting to get work orders change to receivers that are less labor intensive.
I do have simpathy for the tech. We too as a company are effected. I have always believed and practiced a 50% rule. Meaning that the tech gets 50%and the house makes 50%. Reality is the house only makes 25% (Not getting 100% of billed work). This makes it tough to provide good office support to the tech.
Right now it is a wait and see. What we are seeing is that other companies are playing with the numbers. I.E. Lower the additional per box install but paying wall fish IF you meet the companies criteria, I.E. pictures of wallfishs etc. In my opinion the other company will look for any reason not to pay the tech the wall fish hence here comes the "Dreaded" bad company that everyone talks about and then they are gone. Hence "The Bad Company" that dissappears oweing everyone money. Hence the cycle starts all over again.
