As far as utilizing a Winegard Sensar for the off airs, it just is not stroong enough, you need to step up to something with at least 28 elements, run a direct ground off of it and you will be in amazement at the results. We are getting 32 local digital signals off air in mobile, 26 in pensacola, The issue with the blocking and lockup on the voom dish itself is the fact that it is lower Ku and not a regular 18" dish. Yes, tou have a GREAT signal strength on your meter, but the signal quality is in the lower spectrum, time to buy the expensive(1200) meter, after that purchase, no more issues.Pm if you have any questions
