I thought there was some sort of communications act that prohibited cable companies from charging additional monthly charges on an additional outlet in the home.
This small cable company does just that and has it posted on its website. Is it still legal to charge like this? They are also a power company,water company and gas company. Would this have some sort of bearing on this?
