You are damn right I would charge you back for sales that did not keep their service for the term of their contract. I have no control over the people you sell this equipment to. If you sell the satellite equipment correctly and thoroughly explain how the equip works at install maybe your chargebacks would be kept to a minimum. You are basically saying that the dealer is responsible for everything that you do. NOT!!! That dealer is giving you an opportunity to make a better than average living. Take responsibility for your own actions. DO NOT expect someone else to pick up the tab when YOUR deals fall through. And to the person that wanted info on this company. GIVE IT A TRY, SELL IT RIGHT, INSTALL IT RIGHT, AND EXPLAIN IT TRUTHFULLY. THIS IS ALL A CUSTOMER REALLY WANTS. THE TRUTH!!!!!
