I agree with all that you have said, I would hope that if people have to pay for an ad that they really are a legitimate company looking to hire people.
As far as email addresses go I don't care if anyone lists them, even as a verified member I don't really think I should be able to see someone elses e-mail address if they don't want me to. Couldn't we just choose whether we want our email made public? Isn't there allready an option like that on here? Seems like there was but I haven't looked lately.
What I do think is that when someone has an ad up in the paid areas they should have to list who they are. User name, Company name or something. As long as they have contact info they can keep their email addresses to themselves.
