You're right, I was an installer, and for me to use my drill 3-4 times a day was only on sundays when I was off. I spent much of my time bringing 20-year old installs up to specs, which usually meant re-running the drop to power, running lines through the crawl-space walls. mostly concrete, drilling anchor-holes around a house, so I can say I used my drill a little more than that. and I also used mine up on the pole to drill pilot holes for J-hooks...
while I am on the subject, there is a drill that I liked better than my craftsman, it just cost 4 times what mine was, it was a Porter-cable 14.4 hammer drill, I trained with one, and that was one killer drill.
