Wow, I didn't know you all used them that much. That is a lot more than I figured, I was thinking if you used it in more of a "light duty" fashion that could be the reason mine wore out so quick. Guess not...
Like I said before, the clencher that turned me away from them, was when I tried to return it. I had never had a problem with hand tools... always no questions asked. But they gave me hell over the drill and said that was the policy with all of thier power tools...
Have you scoped out the new ridgid brand at home desperate? That looks like an AWESOME tool... a little heavy but heavy duty as well.
