I have a 4040 and I was told when I sent it back for service a few years ago that it had been upgraded to a 4040D? I do upgrade splicing and have never needed to read a digital signal. Why I want to know now is to look at the signal coming into my computer for my Cox high speed internet. They use a digital signal on chanel 90. On the techs meter I saw 622.??? mhz. How do I do it?
