Reverse Path Trouble

Need some advice on a reverse issue, I am sure some one has seen this befor and could possably help me. I am losing reverse telementry at my node causing a few modems to go off line. Its not a total loss but it will go from +.01 to -17 and then back quickly I belive it to be a headend problem (seen it on another node that is combined) I am not lossing all customers just a few seems to be at the end of lines. I am working with ADC Homeworkx 750 gear have changed out everything in the node. any help would be greatly helpfull.
