As per DOCSIS Upstream QPSK = 58.0 dBmV, 16 QAM = 55.0 dBmV. The level input at the CMTS should be 0.0 dBmV. Downstream signal at 64 QAM = 58.0 dBmV and at 256 QAM = 55.0 dBmV.
