Incorporating ?

I noticed a lot of primaries requiring subcontractors to be fully incorporated. Does anyone know costs for incorporating in PA. DE. would anyone be willing to share their experience and tell us if they made more money as a result, and end of year cost for just being incorporated. Any help is greatly appreciated. I need info broken down because the CPA's don't understand the nature of cable work.
