I know in Delaware you can incorporate for less than $100. It's the cheapest in the US. If you do incorporate, don't use your name as the name of the company. Corporations are used to protect you, and if you use your real name, then you personally, can be liable for any misfortunes. Go online and search for incorporate Delaware. You'll find a lot of help there.
