definitely incorporate--should pay $100-$200 to get it done; very good tax advantages; best to do so because it limits your personal liability in case of a suit & saves lots of $$ in taxes--keeps you from being double taxed as a self employed person; if you're a small 1 owner guy, good to be clasified as a sub-s corporation--IRS has forms--call them to get a tax ID # first, then get inc'd--very smart move!!
