I'm all for sweeping both directions (since you're there, why not?). I'm a lead PM and do most all the training in my system. We have a bunch of guys running around, putting out fires, and little sweep actually occurs. Our time is all but gone after cleaning up reverse plant issues (ingress), and responding to outages or signal issues reported by service techs. Not to mention, power supply maintenance, new build setups, dig-n-repair, pedestal replacement, advanced services diagnostics, proofs...
The list goes on....
Half these guys will need re-training just to properly set up a node and store a reference!!!!
How does anybody DO it!!!!???
