The other point is you are a Prime and regardless of how the MSO pays I don't get my check from the MSO nor do I directly work for the MSO.Therefore I don't care when you (The Prime) gets paid and it is not my concern.You the financially responsible company that I work for and if you didn't have the insight going in to this business as well as the finances you should not be a PRIME Contractor.
If your prime is giving you these kind of excuses about pay,maybe you should find a more financially responsible company to work for.Who knows what other irresponable business practices they may engaged in.
