30 days out or even 90 days out has nothing to do with bad work or slow qc. what do you think retainage is for . corporate heads like to take advantage of interest rates , and the little guy ( which most of us are ). the longer they can hold that ( borrowed money ) the less they are out. what it comes down to is if you have money you always will and if you dont , quality and hard work won't get you any. just trying to hang on to my company .
