kabldoc1, dont think anything about what rick has to say about santini. he's a weak pup who follows the lead of the loudest person in his life. you can be sure that whatever he says, he is just parroting santini.... if santini got thrown in jail (not an uncommen event), rick would follow whoever was the next loudest. he'll never be a leader - just a follower....

I know we are not suppose to post employment here, but does anyone know the going rate for a good project manager,,,,,I know there are many variables involved with setting a salary but there must be some PM's out there that would say the range could be from $50k UP? Is that a good assumption?
